It was fairly clean, and the people were welcoming. Booked a room with a view.

The bed was too high, that's my bad luck.

We enjoyed the prime location, and the amenable staff. Everything was lovely during our stay but disappointing aspect was very basic bathroom. Warm breakfast - lots of meals. Located near the private beach.

Very good value for money and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The venue was extraordinary, I loved the location close to DePaul university, and castle views.

Optimal location, highly professional staff, friendly check in. The breakfast had plenty of food, like cereal, bakery, eggs and fresh fruit. The pool was amazing and they provided a whirlpool and a sauna. Location: the hotel was near the beach.

the staff were always attentive, breakfast was relatively cheap and location was very suitable. really special, really special room. the service offered here was personalised. the beach was astonishing. the rooftop bar was trendy.

Fab location in the heart of Chicago and unbelievable views. I loved a very stylish decor and nice furniture. Bathtub was luxury and everything was perfectly fine. An exceptional stay with a lovely swimming pool.

Everything was fine, breathtaking location near the metro line that goes to O'Hare Airport, the staff were incredibly polite. Magnificent, extremely pleasant rooms with very clean beds. Pool was clean and there were a jacuzzi and waterfalls.

It was definitely 4 stars for me: continental breakfast and big bed. Absolutely incredible staff ensuring the ACCOMMODATING service and guest satisfaction. Plenty of food in the hotel, gourmet restaurant.

Location and staff were all perfect. Comfy bedroom. Excellent pool with a whirlpool and waterfalls. The beach was clean and near our hotel. Loved the terrific restaurant.

It was worth its 4 stars. Sweetgreen, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel...

Would recommend this accommodation. The hotel was very clean and had fantastic staff and location. Washington subway station you can get within 5 minutes walk. Really loved unique room design🙂

We would stay here again without hesitation as the hotel met standard. Helpful staff and big room. The beds were really comfortable. Chicago Loop district certainly deserves to be visited...

In front of a tube station in Chicago. Free Wi Fi was very useful.

fantastic touristic attractions like art institute of chicago were near this place. one of the dining options, latinicity, was 10 mins walk away.
